In Marseille, the stadium for water sports was equipped with a PV system supported by the novotegra flat roof system.

Setting the scene
On behalf of the city council, the company E2S was commissioned to realize a large photovoltaic project on a weighted flat roof at the Stade nautique du Roucas Blanc. Among other things, the sailing competitions of the 2024 Olympic Games took place at this stage.
Meeting the challenges
The location of the building directly by the sea requires a particularly stable and durable system. As our Flat Roof II system meets these requirements, the city council of Marseille opted for a partnership between Sunpower and novotegra France.
The result
Our flat roof II system with east-west orientation was therefore installed as the support structure for the system. The system with 214 modules now generates an output of 87.74 kW.
