Optimised water drainage for durable facade systems
The insertion rail evo was specially developed for the requirements of façade installation. Its slightly sloped contact surface directs rainwater to the rear of the modules. Larger amounts of water are drained away via an integrated drip edge in front of the module. This design contributes to the cleanliness and durability of the entire system.
The tension-free, floating module installation not only facilitates installation, but also provides long-term protection against material fatigue caused by thermal stress.
Integrated mechanical and electrical safety
A multifunctional spring element gently presses the module against the rail, providing additional stability and keeping it steady in windy conditions. This prevents annoying rattling noises, while allowing the modules to expand freely in response to temperature fluctuations.
A contact tab is already integrated into the rail for potential equalisation. It ensures a reliable and standard-compliant electrical connection.
Discreet design for a uniform appearance
The black colour of the insertion rail evo allows it to blend discreetly into the overall appearance of the PV façade. Additional covers and an optimised edge stop support the uniform appearance of the system while also meeting functional requirements.
