Cross-system components for many roof types
Our cross-system components offer numerous advantages. They make it possible to reduce storage space and the associated storage costs. The procurement effort is minimized and leftover components can be used when installing other systems. Reusing and recycling components not only saves costs, but also reduces the production of waste. Thanks to the standardized parts, the structure of different systems is similar and therefore particularly user-friendly and easy to learn.
C-rail
The novotegra C-rail can be used in a variety of ways: it can be used as a module-bearing rail in clamp systems and as a cross rail in two-layer structures. This also makes it easy to implement insertion systems. It can therefore be used with all tile roof top-fix systems, corrugated fiber cement and sandwich roof systems, standing seam roof systems and green roof systems.
In addition, the open rail serves as a cable channel in which both cables and plugs can be stored safely and neatly.
It is available in different heights for various spans and loads and, thanks to the prefabricated holes in the rail base, can be easily mounted from above.
Insertion rail
Our insertion rail makes every PV project an eye-catcher: by means of a floating and tension-free module installation, it ensures a visually appealing overall appearance of the PV system not only on pitched roofs but also on facades. It can be used on trapezoidal facades as well as with all insertion systems on pitched roofs.
The simple insertion process means that the modules can be installed quickly and with little effort.
The insertion rail is available in bright aluminum and black, enabling an aesthetic and uniform system surface.
Middle and end clamp
Our middle and end clamps are true all-rounders: they can be used with any of our clamping systems for pitched roofs and with all of our flat roof systems.
They are characterized by their ease of installation thanks to the locking function and are available in both blank and black to optimally round off the appearance of the PV system.
Short rail
The novotegra short rail can be used as a cable channel in a similar way to the C-rail. It is available in different dimensions and is easy to mount from above thanks to the prefabricated holes in the rail base.
In addition, it is already pre-assembled with EPDM sealing strips to ensure an optimal seal on the roof.
The component can be used on both pitched roofs and façades. It is suitable for mounting PV systems on trapezoidal metal roofs using clamp systems, on bitumen roofs and metal tile roofs, as well as on sheet metal façades.
Thin sheet screws
Small but powerful: Although it may look rather inconspicuous at first glance, our thin sheet screw is a cross-system component. It can be used with all trapezoidal sheet metal roof systems and is an integral part of the installation of novotegra flat roof III and our façade systems.
Thanks to the chip-free installation, no shavings that could damage the roofing are created when the screw is screwed in. In addition, no pre-drilling is necessary.
