PV for the hotel industry: novotegra systems for roofs and facades
BayWa r.e. relies on novotegra mounting systems for roofs and facades in new hotel construction in Belgium
In Seraing (Belgium), a PV project involving 350 modules on the roof and façade was successfully implemented using mounting systems from novotegra. BayWa r.e. was responsible for the implementation on behalf of the hotel company Maison Despriet.

An outstanding façade and roof project was completed in Seraing, Belgium, using PV mounting systems from novotegra. The project was implemented by BayWa r.e. in the BeNeLux region for the hotel company Maison Despriet.
250 photovoltaic modules were installed on the roof of the modern new building using the novotegra Flat roof II system – a solution known for its high efficiency and easy installation. The project was complemented by a further 100 modules, which were elegantly integrated into the façade. The system for concrete façades was used here, which is impressive both technically and architecturally.
The project has been a complete success: the roof now produces 163 kWp, and the façade provides an additional 45 kWp of solar energy.
