Installation pace and efficiency exceeded all expecations

Extremely fast installation on trapezoidal roof thanks to short profiles

This project was the first for the installer to use the novotegra design for a trapezoidal sheet roof. The solution was chosen for its favorable price/performance ratio and for its simple logistics due to the absence of long C-profiles.

Setting the scene

The project was implemented on the roof of a production hall in Prostějov. The aim was to rapidly reduce the energy consumption of the entire building and to meet the European Union requirements for reducing CO2 emissions in production. The roof area was 500 m2 and the planning, for which the Solar-Planit configurator was used, took one month.

 

Meeting the challenges

During the two-day installation, it was necessary to additionally straighten out a misaligned panel line due to the use of grounding pads on the Centre brackets. Overall, the project ran very smoothly due to the efficient and quick logistics and simplicity of the support structure solution.

 

The result

The ease and speed of installation exceeded the customer's expectations. The successful installation of 49.82 kWp met the goal of reduced emissions in production and energy self-sufficiency. This project will save 50 tons of CO2 per year.
