Conditions of participation
Organizer
novotegra GmbH is the sole organiser and sole responsible party for the following competition.
This competition is not sponsored, supported or organized by Instagram/Facebook/Linkedin. novotegra
exempts Instagram/Facebook/Linkedinfrom all claims in connection with this competition.
All agreements are made between the participants and novotegra. The recipient of the information provided by the participants is novotegra.
Participants
Contest participants must participate through the novotegra.com website.
To be eligible to participate, participants must reside in EEA/EFTA countries and be at least 18 years old. Employees of novotegra GmbH and of the BayWa Group are not eligible to participate in the contest.
The winner expressly agrees to be contacted by e-mail for the purpose of delivering the prize. You agree that your personal information that you provide when entering the competition will be used by novotegra for the purposes of administering the competition.
Competition, procedure, prize
The contest is being held from June 1, 2023 to June 30, 2023, 11:59 p.m., at www.novotegra.com.
To participate, the participant must provide information about one of his best projects, which will be asked in the form of a questionnaire, and upload one or more photos of this project, i.e. a photovoltaic system mounted with a novotegra mounting system.
A participant can only win once.
If a possible winner is not reached within 2 weeks, after sending the notification of the prize, or if the notification of the prize cannot be delivered, the potential winner loses all rights to the prize and another winner will be drawn.
Cash payment of the prize is not possible. The organisers’ decision is final.
The four winners will be chosen from all entries by a jury, without recourse to legal action.
Rights, granting of rights
The participant grants novotegra GmbH and the companies affiliated with BayWa r.e. AG within the meaning of Section 15 of the German Stock Corporation Act a license, unlimited in terms of time, space and content, to use the images and text (project data) sent in as part of the competition. novotegra GmbH shall also be permitted to forward the images/ project data for use for press releases, references, etc. at no charge.
The copyrighted works uploaded by the participants must not infringe the rights of third parties, in particular copyrights, trademarks or personal rights.
The participants guarantee that they have the necessary rights to the content (image/text) and/or the trademark rights and/or the consent with regard to personal rights.
novotegra GmbH does not check the uploads made by the participants in terms of the above paragraphs for the legality of the content.
novotegra GmbH reserves the right to delete all or part of the content if it becomes aware (information from third parties) that the content is illegal or is to be viewed as prohibited content.
novotegra Gmbh assures that it shall not permit or publish any morally offensive changes upon processing or changing the image/ text material.
Prohibited Content
Submissions must not contain content that is immoral, defamatory, discriminatory or offensive, or that mentions illegal activities or elicits illegal activities. Participants whose submissions contain such content will be disqualified.
Exclusion, unforeseen circumstances
novotegra GmbH reserves the right to exclude people from the competition if these conditions of participation are violated. If there is justified suspicion of abuse, manipulation or any unauthorised or illegal use of the competition, the participants concerned will be excluded from the competition immediately and without prior notice.
Consent to the collection, processing and use of data
A participant’s personal data collected for sending the prize will be stored for the duration of
the competition period and for the purpose of processing the prize.
The data will be deleted after the competition has ended and the prizes have been sent. By participating, each participant consents to the collection, processing and use of their data to the extent mentioned
above.
